We see around us that t his world is coexistence of  so many  opposities and diversities . It  is  so divers e  that numbers get short of  counting and hence is called Anant – the infinite. The existence manifests itself in many - many forms. We see everything is different around us yet there is no end to the creativity of that creator. So many different types of animals or trees….  so many different type of landscapes, oceans, mountains, etc… We are surrounded by this beautiful   diverse nature. When our consciousness transcends boundaries of the...

So, don't do. just be still and you will be absorbed in Self. This state grows deeper and becomes 'Stith Pragya' as per the explaination by Shri Krishna in Gita.  The journey starts by becoming still inside, while  remaining fully  dynamic in this world. These two states co-exist as Yog else the spiritual development will also remain  imbalanced.     This state of observation deepens in some time with meditation or through Tantrik or Mantrik sadhnas. The observer will clearly get distanced from this play of life. The two poles starts gettin...

Similarly, we exist and if we are able to know that existence, in simple words if we are aware of our existence.  If our consciousness grows such that we are able to observe our existence. This awareness slowly starts getting condensed and existence starts blossoming from the core.  This is the crystalisation of self. Therefore, we notice that Yog is finding own Self. This is one of the most important aspect that is highlighted in so many manuscripts and texts. Every where its said that searching or reaching or realizing or knowing thy self is Yog. So, you see its so simple but in the past it has become so clouded with so many ideas from those who have preached but not practiced. If this is so simple, then the way of realizing that self will also be simple. Of course, its simple and so simple that we don't have to do anything.  The moment we do anything, we go awa...

Lets consider an example: 1 is a number that could be found as Yog of 1 & 0.  2 is sum of 2+0 or 1+1,  similarly 3 is Yog of 3+0 or 1+2. This way we could find that all numbers could be addition of some other numbers.   Now, if we go further deep, we will notice that two numbers could be same quantitatively, for instance like 16 and 16. They are same quantitatively but may differ qualitatively as the added numbers may be different and this will result in qualitative differences.   For instance one 16 could be Yog of 8 & 8 while the other one could be Yog of 2 & 14. These two will have different qualities depending upon the added numbers, however the final number will remains as 16.   This explains qualitative differences in all of us though quantitatively we might be same.   We know that we all are humans but are different. So, we noticed that any number could be found as Yog of two or more numbers. ...
