Secrets of the Yoga that world always wanted to know... Part 4
So, don't do. just be still and you will be absorbed in Self. This state grows deeper and becomes 'Stith Pragya' as per the explaination by Shri Krishna in Gita.
The journey starts by becoming still inside, while remaining fully dynamic in this world. These two states co-exist as Yog else the spiritual development will also remain imbalanced.
This state of observation deepens in some time with meditation or through Tantrik or Mantrik sadhnas. The observer will clearly get distanced from this play of life. The two poles starts getting apart in the beginning. This happens as we find ourselves as an observer far from this body, its doing and this world. This is the initial stage of realisation.
As the sadhna intensifies, we are able to realise the play very clearly and hence a total acceptance starts emerging.
An acceptance of this play starts emerging. This acceptance first of all starts relaxing the tension between the two poles - observer and observed.
The second important impact of acceptance is that these two poles starts losing their boundaries and starts merging into each other. The eternal union - divine Yog starts manifesting.
A wave of bliss suddenly starts flowing and we are carried away with it. In this process suddenly a third pole bubbles up. We start identifying self as condensed Bliss - Anand. This bliss is ultimate Yog, Akhand Yog.
Hope its not too heavy, the effort here was to make it very simple to understand.... now let's explore it more and differently to understand it again for the benefit of all.…
