There are various critical flows in our body, like - flow of the blood, pumped by heart, flow of the air in breath by Naval, flow of the creative energy from the sacrum, flow of the body water or fluids like Lymph and flow of nectar from head to body. The ultimate flow that is rare to notice is the flow of bliss from Anahat chakra. Whenever we feel happy something blossoms in us and its bliss. All the flows are outcome of the play of two opposites and that is precisely Yog. Yog of two opposites like Inhale and Exhale is Breathing; pump-in and pump-out from heart; energy rising or coming down at sacrum or cranium.
