Secrets of the Yoga that world always wanted to know... Part 6
There
are various critical flows in our body, like - flow of the blood, pumped by heart,
flow of the air in breath by Naval, flow of the creative energy from the
sacrum, flow of the body water or fluids like Lymph and flow of nectar from head
to body. The ultimate flow that is rare to notice is the flow of bliss from
Anahat chakra. Whenever we feel happy something blossoms in us and its bliss.
All
the flows are outcome of the play of two opposites and that is precisely Yog.
Yog of two opposites like Inhale and Exhale is Breathing; pump-in and pump-out
from heart; energy rising or coming down at sacrum or cranium.
Similarly,
the bliss expands and condenses in golden spiral at heart. This is the basis of
formation of Shri Yantra and is a greatly guarded secret of Shri Vidya.
One
- who is experienced on this path of unions is termed as Yogi.
Now, we see that a deeper level, Yog is the flow from yogi.
All
poles seem to be emerging out of him. All poles seem to be merging in him.
There are no distinct twos and hence no confusion. He is the Yog of all the happenings.
He transcends this duality and remains in bliss and hence is a yogi.
He remains in a perpetual union and hence is identified as yogi. Yog is his
life itself.
He remains still in the Yog and starts getting identified with Bliss.
He becomes one with Hladini Sahkti - Radha. This is the reversal of the cycle, so far he
was trying to go deeper from the duality to Yog but now he is the one in bliss with
play of this duality. This play of duality is organised as per his desire for
raising bliss. All his actions /Karm are reflection or are outward flow of his inner bliss. Whatever he does is
due to his Self - that inner bliss. All his actions are exemplary for society to
follow.
Believe
that you would have enjoyed this journey into deeper aspects of Yog and it
would have opened new dimensions of Yog.
The Bliss
principle also needs a deeper dive to be able to understand and notice the same
in our life. Life is a dynamic union of two poles, consciousness and existence. The addition of consciousness
with existence reveals the third pole called Anand or Bliss. So, there are two attributes
of the Bliss:
1. Bliss is Omni present and always manifested as
interplay, addition or Yog of other two poles. so, life is bliss and hence is a
sum of existence with consciousness.
2.
Bliss is
ever expanding and
hence is called Brahmanand. These two poles are the vehicle for this ever expansion. This play is eternal and
goes on its own…
When we are in full awareness while being deeply rooted, we find that this
life is a yog. Life is a dynamic union of the matter and the awareness that
possess it.
Scientifically, speaking the difference between living and non-living is
primarily the awareness.
