Mahakaal - Secrets of Panchakshri Sadhna - Part III
Panchakshri Mantra oscillates in our body with each breath and gives us life. A sadhak could realise spandan of this mantra in their body, provided he is completely still. These spandan or vibrations are realised at different centres in the body which are called chakras. These spandan have different frequencies corresponding to five elements, hence realised at the centres of these elements. Yoga has detailed six chakras as centres of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Sky and time. Each chakra is dominated by an element and have vibrations of the frequencies of that element. These vibrations produce sound of sanskrit words. This way each chakra is home of an element. When corresponding identification words of these elements are beaded together, we get Panchakshri.
