Secrets of Mahamrityunjaya mantra –A divine path Part 12

Now as the flow reaches medulla a sound of Sah (Sa:) is noticed. The seed for this is Sah. We could pronounce Sah to keep accumulating nectar here. The nectar from here flows along with Triyumbak mantra through the spine. Each vertebrae resonates with corresponding seed letter in Triyumbak and then distributes this nectar to its corresponding parts in the front channel. There is a correspondence of all the body parts with spine and it could be easily checked in any text on human biology. This is the way that entire body gets bathed with the divine nectar like the way Mrityunjaya Shiv is bathing at the top of the head. This process is going on endlessly and till the time its there we are youthful but when this process starts getting ignored or slows naturally the body starts ageing. The ageing goes on further with blockages in the channels of this process resulting in depriving body parts of the nectar. Someday it goes down to a level where sustains of life is not po...

Secrets of Mahamrityunjaya mantra– A divine path Part 11

The process of providing nectar is going on in the body and is important for sustenance of life. When this process happens naturally, the frequencies generated during different actions are the seed letters. When these seed letters are kept together like beads in a rosary, they take the form of a mantra. This mantra on recitation produces a resonance of effect in the body to create a similar effect.  Lets look slightly deeper and things will be more clear..... The reverberations of Om makes the entire head feel it. Now, move focus slightly towards the left in the head. This will result in this Om energy to rise and gather at the top of the head. The seed for this entire process to happen here is Hroum. Which one could clearly notice is Hr+Ou+m. This Maya Beej has fire in it and hence energy start rising from the left (ou) with the sound of 'mmmmmm.' of Om. Once the energy starts reaching here the focus will spontaneously shift to the top of the head.  Now, we visua...

There is a caution in the above process that it should not be a forced visualization. Initially observe the echo of Om in the head, slowly it will become clear at Brahmrandhra and then this happiness from within will start surfacing, just let it be. Be patient to practice it.  This happiness will overflow and will reach medulla. It will then drip down into the spine. The flow will go on in steps. one vertebrae will vibrate with this mantra and once the overflow starts again it goes to the next vertebrae. The flow continues in this sequence.  Vertebra  that is vibrating with Love and care causes bliss or happiness to be felt there. Just accept this happiness and let it be shared with all organs in the front part of the body.  Its a divine process and in few cycles one would feel the entire flow, charged spine and sensations in front part of the body. The flow will go on spontaneously with the mantra.  As the sadhana will progress, mind...

Secrets of Mahamrityunjaya mantra – A divine path Part 9

Mahamrityunjaya mantra is a codified secret with hidden treasure. The art form associated with this mantra is also divine. Generally the mantra is recited with a Sankalp. Sankalp is the determined way to do the recitations. It carves the sadhnatmak path by outlining the entire process, time line, secrets of the process and goal to be achieved. Sadhana follows this sankalp. The daily count of recitations depends on the total count and the prespecified time period.  Once the mantra is recited as per the Sankalp, these repeatitions creates impressions in the mind. These impressions makes it spontaneous and it starts happening on its own to create a desired impact.  This is a standard process of mantrayog and any one could learn it from their Guru and use it, however the codified process in this mantra is aligned to the Mantra sound and hence this harmony creates a powerful impact.  For this art form to be succesfull there are few important aspects that needs to...

Secrets of Mahamrityunjaya mantra – A divine path Part 8

These thirty three vertebrae vibrates with 33 different frequencies of 33 seeds. Rishis in Samadhi have experienced and noted the sounds of seeds and then have identified these with closest Sanskrit alphabets. Some of these are ya, ba, ka, ha, ya, ja, ma,etc…… Rishi Vashishth has identified these 33 alphabets and according to him, they represent the powers of the 33 deities. These 33 deities are - eight Vasus, eleven Rudras, twelve Aadityas, one Prajapati and one Vashatkaar. These thirty three deities are located in different parts of the body and are connected with the respective part of the spinal cord.  Divine vibrations of Mahamrityunjaya mantra activates divine forces in the respective part of the body. These divine forces on activation removes the negative influences in that part and creates a positive energy with a protective shield around that part. This way it acts to transform a person. Mahamrityunjaya mantra creates a flow of nectar from the crown chakra th...

Secrets of Mahamrityunjaya mantra – A divine path Part 7

Spinal cord is very flexible and due to this flexibility, our body also becomes flexible – one could sit, stand, walk, bend down or turn sideways. All the flexibility of body is attributed to spinal cord. To remain flexible, it has small parts known as vertebrae which are joined together to form vertebral column. There are 33 vertebrae that are joined together. These thirty three vertebrae consists of 24 presacral vertebrae that include 7 cervical, 12 thoracic, and 5 vertebrae in lumbar region. This is followed by the sacrum vertebrae including 5 fused sacral vertebrae and in the coccyx region there are 4 frequently fused coccygeal vertebrae. These 24 presacral vertebrae, 5 fused sacral vertebrae and 4 fused coccygeal vertebrae adds to this magical number of thirty three vertebrae. These are the thirty three doors mentioned above which are nectarised by Mrityunjay mantra. The next question that comes up is what is nectarisation ? It is guiding the flow of the nectar to a ...

Secrets of Mahamrityunjaya mantra – A divine path Part 6

Therefore, there are three parts of this internal alchemy – Opening of doors, nectarisation and revitalizing of concerned parts. Mahamrityunjaya is that form of Shiv sitting at the crown in a pool of nectar. The three eyed Shiv is white in complexion with four hands. He is sitting in Padmasana on a lotus in the mid of this pool. He holds pots in all the four hands and every time two of the hands are filling nectar from the pool and the other two hands pours the nectar on top of his head. This way he keeps feeling happy and continues enjoying bathing with nectar. He is ever smiling and glowing with light that oozes out of his body. The three seeds of mantra activates this centre in crown chakra and Mrityunjaya Shiv initiates the process followed with nectar flowing down from the top into the spine. This fires the next level of activation. The flow starts going downward opening several doors in the spine. The next question follows is that what are these doors? What is t...
