Secrets of Mahamrityunjaya mantra– A divine path Part 11

The process of providing nectar is going on in the body and is important for sustenance of life. When this process happens naturally, the frequencies generated during different actions are the seed letters. When these seed letters are kept together like beads in a rosary, they take the form of a mantra. This mantra on recitation produces a resonance of effect in the body to create a similar effect. 

Lets look slightly deeper and things will be more clear.....

The reverberations of Om makes the entire head feel it. Now, move focus slightly towards the left in the head. This will result in this Om energy to rise and gather at the top of the head. The seed for this entire process to happen here is Hroum. Which one could clearly notice is Hr+Ou+m. This Maya Beej has fire in it and hence energy start rising from the left (ou) with the sound of 'mmmmmm.' of Om. Once the energy starts reaching here the focus will spontaneously shift to the top of the head. 

Now, we visualize Mahamrityunjaya Shiv at the top of the head. He is sitting in a pool of nectar and bathing with it. He has four hands and hence continuously bathing. As this energy starts accumulating here, the nectar starts overflowing from the pond. 

The process now is that focus shifts slightly towards the right with the dripping of the nectar. Nectar drips down to Agya Trikona at the center of the head. This center is known for its attraction. If we focus here anyone could notice that its pulls our focus. This center and the path followed gives us seed 'Joom' and hence the seed reverberating here is Joom. 

Once its completely filled, nectar overflows and it could take two routes - Bindu as accumulated in Talu and Visarga with two Bindus as Universe and Earth. The first is seed 'Ham' and second is 'Sah'. The front channel activates with Khechari mudra and flow drips down from Talu; or the back channel takes it naturally through Medull oblangata. The second path is natural and effortless. We are getting this flow naturally and hence are surviving. In many Tantric texts its mentioned that few drops of the nectar are received by the body in the deep sleep state. We will not dwell into the details here for obvious reasons.

It was evening and our car was moving towards Allahabad. We were travelling back from Vindhyeshwari Devi. We had a divine darshan along with many spiritual experiences that made our yatra a success. A feeling of satisfaction was reflecting in our eyes. It was a feeling of accomplishing, getting something that we were looking for all these years.
