These are not told but experienced. You need to sit in holy feet of a Guru to go deep into such experiences so as to be able to realise this and offer these for the benefit of masses as a gratitude for the mother earth.
We are born with a Kaalchakra as breath connecting with pineal gland for circadian rhythm in the body but when one starts dwelling deep into existence and marches progressively through the chakras to reach the last chakra termed as Mahabhaav. This is a superconducting, self- containing, supersymmetric state. This chakra is realised and shown as Mahabindu at Shri Yantra.
This is the state where time or Kaal starts synthesizing. The churning gets internal and hence a still centre is identified in the Bindu. This churning or cycle is Kaal while the still centre of this sphere is Mahakaal.

Shri Krishna after Maharaas at Vrindavan came to Ujjain to settle in Mahakaal state for taking the purpose of the life forward. There was nothing left for him to achieve or to be, but he continued life in this world as a grace for mankind. He leads an exemplary life to establish Dharm.
