Mathematics of Spirituality Part 2

The Trigunas explained by Shri Krishna in Gita found the basics of Trigonometry and one could understand Trik shastra and Shri Vidya also well with trigonometry but the problem is that we have forgotten their links. Today trigonometry is found as an island in isolation nothing to do with ourselves.

One could explore Vedic mathematics and its sutras to understand their link with our
inner world.

Now, does that mean spirituality is 1,2,3. May be.... but to explore more, we have to accept that it could be one of the ways to understand it.

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9......

Nature expresses its beauty in many-many forms and its not limited to interpretation by few.
Lets take a holy dip into number system the basis of entire mathematics. Shunya was the great discovery in old India. It was termed as the ultimate state defined as Nirgun Shiv. Everything has come out of this Nirgun. When we dig deeper, we find that this origin in itself is a part of continuity at a larger level. This gives position to a concept that there is no birth or date, every thing is spiraling, everything is rotating, cycling. Nature has abundant examples, Moon is rotating around earth, Earth in turn is rotating around Sun and Sun is moving in the Galaxy; electrons are spiraling around nucleus and so on... We are very small compared to universe and as we hold the gist of this entire universe so everything in us is also spiraling. This is a beautiful spiral as it supports life and hence is called golden spiral.

This golden spiral is on the basis of Fibonacci sequence, in which each number is addition of the previous two numbers. Its again mathematics. Isn't it ?
