Shri Ganapati – Secrets of inner celebrations on the path of spirituality Part-8
In this story, Ganapati demonstrated the right way to be
successful. We are always surrounded with problems and to handle these we
should first know the problem in our life; then the first step is to accept it
fully. If you can’t run fast accept that you can’t run fast. Second step is to connect
with the intellect and solution to the problem will surface. Let the acts be
guided by this inner wisdom. This brings the positivity while executing and
hence produces positive impacts on surroundings, creating a clear natural success.
There are two ways of living – flowing with the current,
it’s accepting life and then flowing in bliss or focusing on once duties -
Kartavya. The other way is to fight and flow against the current, this is so
tiring that we lose most of our energy in this fight itself, in trying to
overcome this natural flow. Even if we accomplish something in this situation, it
will not be natural and hence will not last long.
The first or the acceptance route is transformative. The
moment one accepts a situation, a person or whatever he accepts he transcends
that and he is no more bounded with that item. Let’s say if you are not
accepting any situation, you will fight to change it as per your desire but the
moment you accept it, you are already out of its trap and now you could do your
as per your choice. In both these situations you could act in the same way as
per your choice but the basis being different their outputs will also be
different. So Ganapati brings changes at the level of Quality of life.
Ganapati is Karmkhand of Shakti and Gyankhand of Shiv. He is
body from Devi and head from Shiv. It’s the best approach in life.
Think and
use wisdom to understand and connect with the truth. Be connected with the
Turth and remain still in the Budhi. This principle is demonstrated and
explained by Shri Krishna in Gita when he explains Stith Pragya state.
Now, lets look at a person who is still, his energy will
take its course and body will act according to the energy flow. All this will
be action and no reaction. These actions will spontaneous and will not be
creating any Karm bandhan as there is no doer. Since there is no Karta or ‘doer’
in this case and hence it becomes Nishkaam Karm of Gita.
The body has its intelligence and it acts with energy flow;
it has its awareness of doing but no head to guide it. It has Shakti to do, so
keep doing. This is karmkhand of our existence. All our vital functions of
digestion, breathing, circulation, excretion are done on their own as per this
principle. We could interfere and disturb their natural rhythm. Therefore, bring
the entire work to the body while keeping the head fully still in the holy feet
of Shri Guru. This applies even to thinking or decision making. Everything for
this life could be managed by the body intelligence.
This perfect stillness in head connects it with everything
in the universe at wave level. It brings immense intelligence to be able to understand,
act and respond in the way Niyati desires.
This brings Shubta, happiness in our life. It brings smile
on our long faces. This smile creates a positive energy in us and sparks off some
positive reactions in body. Every part of our body when operating in this
motivating positive energy, produces positive outputs.
The situation that was negative for us gets transformed into
a positive situation.
Ganapati is the lord of transformation. He transformed and
then became the basis for letting any transformation happen. The rule for
transformation has following key factors –
1.
Unconditional full acceptance - Sarv Sweekar,
2.
Sthir Budhi or Still in intellect, and
3.
Directing energy with smile - enjoying this play
or happening.
There are ways for each of these – Sarv sweekar could mean an
acceptance as a dead person or Sarv Sweekar as a living person with full
awareness. A yogi achieves it in Samadhi.
Sthir Budhi could be like Stith Pragya or it could be like
non responding stillness of Budhi.
Smiling is possible where only lips smile but for the complete
transformation a deeper smile is required, where each pore - Rom Kup of our
body smiles. This is possible only if the smile travel down to Karm khand and
reaches Heart. The heart radiates it to the whole of our existence.
Once the smile radiates and reaches entire body, our entire
existence starts smiling. The path to spirituality starts showing up. The inner
torch is lighted and we could then move on this path.
Therefore, Ganapati’s two virtues of full acceptance with
stillness in Gyankhand, and smile as a mark of celebration for our being; transforms
energy in entire body from negative to positive.
Ganapati is one of the main deity in Shri Vidya. Let’s
explore this new dimension.
Devi Kali is the Goddess of darkness and all negativity ends
and starts from her. Devi Sundari is the Goddess of Love and light. She is the
hope, she is the life, she is the positivity. Ganapati helps in transforming
negative into positive and thereby bringing us into the field of Shri Vidya. He
brings us into the life. He connects us with life force and starts a toroid of
positive energy generation in whole body with a smile.
So, it’s important now to understand that how should be our smile?
Smile, the way Gods and Goddesses are seen in idols. Smit
hasya is the smile. It has happiness inside and a smile on lips and eyes radiating
from the heart.
What could be the way to smile?
Watch or listen something that
bring smile on your face.
One could even use scientific
method of Amygdala Clicking to bring smile on your face.
You could watch some one smiling
and start smiling back.
What is the next step once we are smiling?
Go deeper - smile from lips, eyes
and then from heart. Let the heart smile and radiate this smile to entire body.
How to smile at the heart?
Bow the head slightly as if looking
at the heart with smiling eyes. Be grateful for whatever heart is doing entire
life by pumping to ensure life goes on; then smile with gratitude at heart. The
heart will get connected and in turn will smile. It will start radiating this
smile to all the parts of body.
So that all body parts and then each pore - Rom
Kup of body will be happy and smiling.
Be in the middle of all the smile, completely still,
accepting whatever it may be, just keep smiling. This is Ganapati Pujan. All
the rituals could then follow.
Try doing this once and then go for your rituals, believe me
you will be astonished on your first experience itself. Its Ganapati, who
transforms all our negativities to bring us back into Love and Light with lots
of positive energy. Wish you a Happy Ganapati Mahotsav.
Celebrate, enjoy, Smile and spread smile on every face.
Do
Ganapati pujan…..
