Jai Hanuman Gyangun Sagar….Secrets of Mahavir that will empower Part 2


Mahavir Hanuman is worshipped with many names. Many of these names describes different dimensions:


1.       Rudraavtar – Avtaar of Rudra. It’s said that he is a dimension of Rudra that took birth to be with his lord Ram to serve him. We had learnt in earlier discussion that Rudra is the ascending cycle in spinal chord, so incarnation of rudra is the upward flow from the channels in the front of the body.



2.       VayuPutra – He is son of Air. Surprisingly he is born to air. We know that in this animal kingdom a horse is born to a horse, a lion is born to a lion and a human is born to a human. Therefore, Hanuman will also be air, as born to air and hence is named Maruti. Murut is vedic name of Air. Air holds the secret to life it’s the breath that holds the key to healthy life. This is detailed in Swarshastra by Shiv, where Pranayam is at the tip of the ice berg. Hanuman is the living Swarshastra.



3.       Anjaneyasut – He is born to mother Anjana and hence have a form. He has a soft heart and that has come from a great Shiv bhakt mother’s heart. Hanuman takes the cue forward and worships Shri Ram - the lord of Shiv. Anjana is another word for Samana. Which means balance. This is the last stage of mind to exist. Once its crossed mind ceases to exist. So, within this world of mind Hanuman was born to the energy in this ultimate balance. 



4.       Rambhakt – Hanuman is popularly known as Rambhakt. ‘Rame iti Ramah’ – Ram is omni present. He is the present. So, Hanuman is the carrier of Shri Rams work or plans on this planet earth. Hanuman is the action in the present. It’s said that anywhere Ramcharitmanas is read or shared Hanuman will be there to listen to this great story. Hanuman has Ram in his heart while his mother had Shiv. One could observe Ram-Shiv relation and see the depth of this relation.

 
It was very difficult to conquer Ravana due to his advanced research and establishments in Ramayan Kaal but it was Hanuman who shattered entire Lanka and morale of its citizens in his first visit to find Sita. Hanuman used all the powers and is like super hero of his time. 


Hanuman was brought up near Matang Ashram in southern part of India. Matangi is the name of the Goddess form worshipped by Matang Rishi and is worshipped in Shri Vidya.

The Shiva Mahapurana, Vidyesvara-samhita, chapter 25 shlokas 89 and 90 highlights that Shiv himself explains the greatness of the Bhasma and Rudraksha to Devi Parvati. It was evening and our car was moving towards Allahabad. We were travelling back from Vindhyeshwari Devi. We had a divine darshan along with many spiritual experiences that made our yatra a success. A feeling of satisfaction was reflecting in our eyes. It was a feeling of accomplishing, getting something that we were looking for all these years.
