Now, you know Hanuman was born with these qualities, he didn’t required any sadhana or Tapasya for acquiring these powers. 

It will also be important to understand that how these powers were manifested and used by him at his will otherwise there could be a chaos. Anima is desired to be like an atom and but instead if Mahima manifests then he will be large like a mountain and someone who could not have noticed him otherwise will surely see him.

Therefore, regulation of manifestation is also equally important, else these sidhis or boons have no utility in our life.


This activity is like how we manage switching of lights in our homes.

‘Will’ and ‘breath’ are interconnected and they act as a switching device.

Breathing is the other natural cycle that influences our energy level and its distribution in the heart. The breathing patterns, depth, extent of inhale, exhale and its various other dimensions creates a desired impact.

Swarshastra is the science of breathing. It’s a great part of Pran Vidya. Shiv told Shiva that Swarshatra is beyond the impact of planets on human life. This is a great reveleation by Shiv as a grace for the mankind but with lots of destruction in India. The linkages were lost, people forgot and this knowledge is rarely noticed.

It was evening and our car was moving towards Allahabad. We were travelling back from Vindhyeshwari Devi. We had a divine darshan along with many spiritual experiences that made our yatra a success. A feeling of satisfaction was reflecting in our eyes. It was a feeling of accomplishing, getting something that we were looking for all these years.
