Mahakaal Jyotirlinga - mystery of time
It
was our second day at Ujjain after Mahakaal darshan. We could get chance to
visit a few important spots in Ujjain like Kaal Bhairav, Sandeepani Ashram and
others.
Shri
Krishna after conquering Kansa was sent to Guru Sandeepan for his education. He
came to Ujjain and stayed with his Guru for some time to start divine plans as
Avtar.
Kaal
Bhairav is also a living spot, where Bhairav accepts wine and consumes any amount
of it. This is surprising yet could be seen here.
Ujjain
is has many such miraculous places that hardly fits into our logic but obviously
raises many questions. A curious mind will search for answers and will settles
with a faith in GOD on not being able to get one. He agrees to a fact that
there exist something that is behind these unexplainable natural miracles and the
world names it GOD.
Ujjain
has Kaal Bhairav, Mahakaal. Why so many God of Kaal at Ujjain?
Why
did Shri Krishna visited Ujjain, when he had experienced ultimate at Vrindavan
itself?
What
is this concept of Kaal and how does Ujjain helps in understanding it?
Time
or Kaal is an unresolved mystery ever since human civilisation. There has been
no direct answer yet its experienced. Time is another aspect of life like mind,
which is experienced but not found in our body or this physical world.
It
was evening time and as we were staying opposite to Mahakaal temple. We relaxed
for some time and then assembled near Mahakaal temple to spend few minutes in
the positive energy of Ujjain, especially around Mahakaal temple.
We
started reflecting on how rejuvenating was the day at these different vibrant lively
spots of Ujjain and as was expected there were lots of queries as brain was not
able to give any logical explanation for these.
Rashmi,
my better half shared her happiness on our kids being given new names at
Sandeepani Ashram. She too was surprised that why did Krishna had to come to
Ujjain as he was already accomplished at Vrindavan?
I
could see expression on her face. She was inquisitive…
It
was purpose of his Avtar to demonstrate that ‘Gururbina gatirnasti’…Guru is a
must for education. He proved it by his act of bowing into Guru’s feet and
learning from him.
Hummm…
I agree to some extent but I know there is
something more to it that you should share with us, she said.
