Mathematics of Spirituality Part 7

Now, lets explore it in a different way. This number 15 is Panchdasi denoting 15 different dimensions of union or existence. We are generally aware of 3 dimensions of space, viz x, y and z coordinates. These three coordinates gives the location on a Cartesian plane. Similarly, time also have three dimensions - Past, present and future. There will be dimensions for other senses also and all these put together will be 3X5 = 15 dimensions. These dimensions represents different characteristics that adds to describe a Purna purush or perfect person.

This is the secret of 16 kala sampoormna or perfect person. Shri Krishna is the only one that who had been identified as Purna Avtaar. The 16th state is called unmani or a state where mind is transcended. In this state only self remains. All the addons are removed and the person is naked. The states beyond this are also very divine but more from Guru mukh.

The number system shows the evolution of the human and then the consciousness level evolves and then one transcends this level also to remain thrown back into Self. He remains Shunya from all the addons and then moves on to be one with Radha, the 17th Kala and then finally lands into a cycle that involves 16th, 17th with 18th Kalaas. Surprisingly, its 1+8 =9 or reaching back into Shunya after travelling through the 9 steps of creation and then 9 steps of Laya or dissolution, making it 18.
