Another important aspect of breath is that it pulls us back into the present moment, we are pulled back from futuristic dreams or thoughts and we are also pulled foward from memories. This way we are in presnt time and not in past or future. It could also be reworded as we are in Vartmaan and not in Bhoot or Bhavishya. This way awareness of breath brings us back into our present moment, where we are in Sarvsweekar attitude and hence totally still. Flowing with Kaal we reach two such points that reverses our direction from creation to destruction and then from destruction to creation. These two points are very important in India research. There had been lot of research that has gone on this and hence the entire concept is understood in Pran Vidya, Swar shastra and for every ones understanding Pranayam, which is a part of yoga. Pranayam is evolved around these two still points called kumbhak.
This important facet is generally missed out but our Gurus focussed on these more then inhale and exhale. Kumbhak are the points from where flow reverses on its own.

Kumbhak is the state where inhale is stopped and exhale is yet to start or where exhale is completed and inhale is yet to start.

Now, if we start awareness from exhale. We find a sound like 'Ham'. Ham is the sound that is produced during exhale. If we focus on exhale and try to listen to it, we could listen to this sound. We don't speak it out during exhale. We just listen the sound produced during exhale and realise that it sounds like ham. This is Shiv related sound and it leads us into Naval.

Check this out, whenever you exhale fully, you use naval to push out all the air from Lungs. Just do it right now and check it?

They started exhaling and after two three rounds of exhales all agreed to this hard fact. The exhale completes at Naval and then inhale starts after a short pause.

Once we have practiced breath awareness enough, it will be easier to realise this short pause at Naval. This pause is a terminal state that contains both the states of inhale and exhale; simultaneously it does not have either of the states in it. Its a state of Shunya - Zero.
When we are aware in this state, it transforms us and we reach a point of Centre of the Kaal Chakra. All the change gets condensed here. Kaal is compressed here, however air comes in with inhale and goes out with exhale but our focus gets Stilled in this state at Naval.

This process continues and as we get deep into this stillness or as we become a full Zero, we get pulled downward into Kand by MahaKaal.

Kand is a place that is believed to be junction of 72684 vessels as per yogis. This point is experienced by many evolved civilisations, in Eastern countries its also referred to as Dantien or Hara. There 72684 vessels at kand acts as Jalhari of Shiv jyotirlinga. They take the nectar produced from Abhishek and distribute it in entire body that brings life back into us and we go back to naval and creates pull by expansion so that inhale starts.

This is a divine practice, you have experienced it this morning itself. You experienced reaching your Kand and then experienced flow into these Nadis, vessels to bring life back into whole of us.
Ohhhh.............. this is the secret of our experience in the morning. I would like to practice it. Do I do as you suggested?

May be yes, listen to your inner guide. Remember that don't do..... just experience it, accept it fully. Breath is flowing on its own, don't inetrfere just be with it. Then you will realise atleast some thing is shaking in you, Pran will be cracking in your body. We have actually preserved our body and mind for so many years and now when this will be challenged, it will be a difficult situation for one to accept it.

Be with it and it will be resolved on its own..... enjoy....
It was around 10ish and Sun was becoming hotter, we planned to leave and move on..........
