MAHAKAAL |
The state where this Kaal ceases to exist or where it gets internalised is Mahakaal.
There is a state where there is no change outside as every thing becomes a part of the self. In this state when Kaal is realised in its full form but internally, it is called Mahakaal.
Mahakaal is a state which is difficult for even Kaal. Mahakaal is realising entire kaal in a Still point. This is a state where all the Kaal is merged or compressed into a point and that to into myself. This implies a state where I am Krishna, I am Ram, I am Christ and I am Mohammad..... so on and so forth. Shri Krishna in Gita has explained this state by mentioning that the best in each category is his form only. The best here is in the sense of getting full potential realised. So, fully realised is his form only, like Kamdhenu in cows or Earavat in Elephants or Arjun in Pandavas, etc.....
In this compressed or unified time, we get back to source and find that we have manifested in many forms at various times. We get identified with every moment, every form and every situation. This is Mahakaal.
Ok, so being Still is the path to reach Kaal and then Mahakaal? she said.
Not fully. Being still is the path to reach or travel deep in Kaal but Mahakaal is the state that comes with grace. Grace of Mahakaal. Grace that helps in a great jump into self and than one could experience it. No words could explain that position.
Well, its really amazing to know that Mahakaal is so great and hence what we experienced just some time back is just a glimpse of what our possibility is.
We are grateful to know that this is how one could also look at Mahakaal, a silent listener said and the group nodded in agreeance.
She said, Ok, now what could be the way to experience Mahakaal? Where in our body we could experience this state? you always share science behind our incusitiveness and then its art form to develop or cultivate it in ourselves, so please share that also with us.
Kaal movement is happening around something that is changing or flowing through us continuously. If you notice its only breath that flows continuosly through us. We could conrol mind , stop thoughts but not the breath.
Breath starts time or Kaal for us from our first breath at the time of birth and it continues till last breath at the time of death. So Kaal or time for our life is the time between first and the last breath. Kaal flows between these two terminals and hence for us the Kaal is of the length of our birth and death or simply span of our life. Do you agree with me?
yep, I do, she said.
Done, then you will rememeber about another aspect that we discussed in the very begining itself.
It was Attention or awareness, am i right? she replied.
yes, its awareness or attention. so if you combine awareness with breath what you get is a life, a kaal. This way one could collect all those moments that are peirced by one breath as part of our life, as part of Kaal of our life. This way we start travelling with Kaal there is no dissonance, no resistance and we flow with time.
This resistanceless life is termed as state of sarvsweekar in sanskrit and hence is a full acceptance state or a super conducting state but leaving this for limiting our discussion, lets consider that you travel with your breath into your self and then travel out of body with exhale. This completes one cycle or makes us realise a life.
Sarvsweekar - Lets us experience that Stillness in the midst of the madness all around. Then this Stillness grows in us and we get filtered out from the madness around. This happens with Sarvsweekar at all levels of life.
